Skandia launches new global investment management function

Skandia Global Funds (SGF), the fund management arm for Skandia's European and Latin American Division, has announced that it has broadened its existing range by launching an additional US large cap value fund on 26 February 2007.

Skandia Global Funds (SGF), Skandia's offshore fund management arm, has announced that on Friday 21st April it broadened its existing range by launching two new sector funds. Carnegie Asset Management has been appointed to manage the Skandia Healthcare Fund, and Wellington Management will take on the Skandia Technology Fund.

SGF appoints JPMorgan Asset Management to sub-advise the Skandia Global Equity Fund, and First State Investments to sub-advise the Skandia Greater China Equity Fund.
